We met up with Jake, the co-owner and Beverage Director at both La Cuchara and Minnow in Baltimore. La Cuchara features cuisines and drinks inspired by the pintxo bars of the Basque region of Spain and France. Minnow is a seafood restaurant with a full bar including a diverse wine selection and house cocktails.
